Bobbi’s Tips for Filling In Your Brows

I have always loved the look of a strong brow. When your brows are defined and clean, it helps to frame the face and eyes. Here are my tips for filling in your brows like a pro:
1. Tweeze First
Always start by brushing your brows using a spoolie brush and tweezing any stray hairs. I like to use the Tweezerman Slant Tweezer to start and go back in with the Point Tweezer to remove any tiny, fine hairs.
2. Don’t Be Afraid to Mix Products & Shades
I like to start filling in using a Brow Pencil in a lighter shade, and then finish using a darker powder (I use The Best Eyeshadow in Dark Brown) and an angled brush.
3. Brush As You Go
Keep your spoolie brush handy and continue to brush as you fill in. It will help make sure you’re not missing any spots and following your natural brow shape.
4. Create a Soft, Square Edge
At the inner corner of the brow, I like to use the Angled Brow Brush and The Best Eyeshadow to create a soft, square edge. I think this looks the most natural.
5. Use a Light Hand
Whether you’re using a pencil or a brush and powder to fill in, keeping things light is key. Making short, feathery strokes will give you the most natural definition. I like to start at the middle of the brow and work my way out.
6. Highlight Your Arch
I like to go in and add a light highlight under the brow bone to accentuate your brow’s arch. Use the Shaping Brow Brush and a light, matte eyeshadow, like The Best Eyeshadow in Cream or Chic.
7. Elongate the Ends
To find where your brow should end, take a pencil and place it diagonally from the outer corner of your eye. I often have to elongate brows using a pencil or powder.
