Shipping

Jones Road currently ships throughout the US, Canada, UK (including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, excluding Crown Dependencies), Australia, New Zealand, and EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).

For Canada orders over $125 CAD, any applicable duties or import taxes will be collected at checkout.

For UK orders over £135, any applicable duties or import taxes will be collected at checkout.

For EU orders, any applicable duties or import taxes are included in the pricing. No additional fees will be incurred upon delivery.

For Australia & New Zealand orders, any applicable duties or import taxes are included in pricing. No additional fees will be incurred upon delivery. Please note: Orders containing fragrances or other hazmat products must ship via Express Shipping and are not eligible for free or Standard Shipping.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from hi@jonesroadbeauty.com with tracking information.

Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship hazmat products (including fragrances) to Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Spain (Canary Islands), PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery and exchanges within 45 days of delivery. Please note that apparel is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Select limited-edition products may not be eligible for return or exchange; eligibility details can be found on the individual product page or within our returns portal. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and returns or exchanges may be limited in cases of program abuse, misuse, or bulk purchases.

We are happy to offer one exchange per item to help you find the right shade or product. Please note that exchanged items are considered final sale and are not eligible for additional returns, refunds, or further exchanges.

Items purchased as part of a Set cannot be returned individually. If you are unhappy with one of the products included in a Set, we're happy to exchange it for a different shade of the same item.

Our Kits are pre-assembled and must be returned or exchanged in full; we are unable to process returns or exchanges for individual items or shades within a Kit.

For EU orders over €140, a €6.95 (or local currency equivalent) restocking fee applies per return and will be deducted from your refund.
