Looking to build a new skin care routine from the ground up? You’ve come to the right place. With the addition of our new Cleansing Stick, you can now create a Jones Road routine that will keep your skin clean and hydrated—the two keys to healthy skin—while creating the ideal canvas for your makeup routine. Read on to find your routine!

For Dry Skin

If you have dry skin, you’ve come to the right place. Many of our formulations were inspired by Bobbi’s own skin care journey and have been carefully crafted to address needs specific to dry skin. Here’s the routine:

1. Start by cleansing skin using The Cleansing Stick. This solid oil cleanser easily dissolves makeup and other impurities without stripping the skin of essential moisture. A dry-skin staple.

2. Follow with your choice of moisturizer: Miracle Cream (a super rich hydrator made with shea butter) or Light Moisture Cream (a lightweight gel moisturizer that packs a punch). You can also use Miracle Balm in Au Naturel at night for added moisture.

3. Apply Eye Cream. This pillowy cream creates the perfect base for our Face Pencils. If you have oily lids, avoid using on or near eyelids.

4. Finish with a swipe of The Lippie Stick across your lips.

5. On extra dry days, grab The Oil Stick or Hippie Stick for maximum hydration.

For Normal/Combination Skin

Those with normal or combination (dry-oily) skin love being able to mix and match products to meet the needs of their skin throughout the year. Here’s the routine:

1. Start by cleansing skin using The Cleansing Stick. With a blend of rich oils plus a plant-derived cleansing agent to leave skin clean without drying it out. If you’re someone who likes to double cleanse, you can follow The Cleansing Stick with your cleanser of choice.

2. Light Moisture Cream will be your go-to day moisturizer. Like a big glass of water first thing in the morning, it will set your skin up for long-lasting hydration without the heaviness. At night when your skin is feeling dry, apply Miracle Cream like you would an overnight mask. (PS: If you’re going to be wearing What the Foundation, you might be able to skip the Light Moisture Cream for day.)

3. Next up: Eye Cream. If you get dry under the eyes, you’ll want to use this before applying Face Pencils or concealer.

4. Finish with a swipe of The Lippie Stick across your lips.

For Oily Skin

Don’t let our rich ingredient list deter you, we have just what oily skin needs too! Here’s the routine:

1. Let’s clear one thing up to start: those with oily skin can definitely use an oil-based cleanser. The oils in the cleanser will dissolve excess oil on the skin, along with makeup and impurities, making it a great option for those with oily skin. Following with a gentle foaming cleanser if desired.

2. If you’re going to be wearing What the Foundation or Miracle Balm on skin during the day, you can skip the moisturizer. You’ll get plenty of hydration benefits from these products. At night, use Light Moisture Cream. It’s made with niacinamide, which helps control sebum (oil) production.

3. Apply a small amount of Eye Cream as needed and avoid applying on or near eyelids if yours are oily.

4. Finish with a swipe of The Lippie Stick across your lips.
