Missing your favorite NYC restaurants? Maxed out on sourdough starter? Just in the mood to cook something new for a change? You’re not alone. Written by Kristin Tice Studeman and designed by Bryan Fountain, Serving New York is a cookbook meets love letter to the over 26,000 restaurants that make New York City the dining destination that it is.
Created as a way to provide support to the restaurant workers impacted by closures caused by COVID-19, 100% of profits from Serving New York will go to ROAR x Robin Hood’s restaurant relief fund, which provides cash assistance to New York City’s restaurant workers.
With over 45 pantry-friendly recipes from the likes of Momofuku (Kimchi Stew), Charlie Bird (Farro Salad), and Gramercy Tavern (Bacon Cheddar Biscuits), Serving New York will help you step up your WFH meal game, feed your loved ones, and do some good. The future of NYC restaurants is starting to look a little brighter.
