SPONSOR: justSTEVEN LLC dba Jones Road Beauty (“Sponsor”)
PRIZE: One (1) full set of The Classic Lip (12 shades) per winner
NUMBER OF WINNERS:  Eleven (11) total — one (1) winner to be drawn per participating retail location, including Liberty London
DURATION: Thursday, September 18 – Tuesday, September 23, 2025
HOW TO ENTER: Visit a participating Jones Road Beauty retail location (Including Liberty London) between 9/18/25 and 9/23/25 and submit a written personal “beauty story” in accordance with in-store directions. Entry requires consent to have your story shared on social media channels.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

 

ENTRY PERIOD:

The “Beauty Stories Raffle” (the “Giveaway”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 18, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 23, 2025.

 

ELIGIBILITY:

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of (a) the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and (b) the United Kingdom, who are age 18 or older and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, and who comply with the terms and conditions outlined in these official rules (the “Official Rules”). Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.

 

HOW TO ENTER:

Visit one of the eleven participating Jones Road Beauty stores in person during the Giveaway Period and submit your personal “beauty story” via designated in-store entry method. Each story must be original, truthful, and submitted only once. By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to share your story (in part or full) on its social channels, digital platforms, and marketing materials. Entries that do not include consent for story sharing will not be eligible.

 

LIMIT:

One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual will be disqualified. Entries must be received before 11:59:59 PM ET on 9/23/25 to be eligible.

 

PRIZE DESCRIPTION:

Eleven (11) total winners — one from each participating retail location — will each receive a full set of The Classic Lip in all 12 available shades (approximate retail value: $360). No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:

Winners of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor at each retail location. The drawing will take place on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM ET. Potential Prize winners will be notified by the store via phone or email and will be required to claim their Prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.

Winners must redeem their Prize within thirty (30) days of being notified. Prizes must be picked up in person at the same Jones Road Beauty store location where the entry was submitted. However, if the winner resides more than thirty (30) miles from the store location, Sponsor will coordinate shipping of the Prize to the winner’s provided address at no cost. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and residence prior to arranging shipment.

If a Prize notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner fails to respond within 48 hours, fails to redeem their Prize within 30 days, is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified and shall forfeit the Prize, and the Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

For UK-based winners (Liberty London), Prizes must be picked up in person at the Liberty London counter within thirty (30) days of being notified. If the winner resides more than thirty (30) miles from the Liberty London store, Sponsor will coordinate shipping of the Prize within the United Kingdom at no cost to the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and residence prior to arranging shipment.

 

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Winners may be required to sign a release and/or provide consent for ongoing usage of their story, name, and likeness for promotional purposes. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

TAXES:

All taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

ODDS OF WINNING:

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received per location.

 

DISCLAIMERS:

Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation. Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone violating these Official Rules or tampering with the entry process.

 

FORCE MAJEURE:

If unforeseen events disrupt the Giveaway, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel without notice.

 

GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION:

For U.S. entrants: All disputes will be resolved individually by binding arbitration under the streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) in New York County, New York. Sponsor agrees to pay administrative and arbitrator’s fees. Disputes will be arbitrated on an individual basis. If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, disputes will be brought in New York courts.

For UK entrants: These Official Rules and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Personal information collected will be used to administer the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://www.jonesroadbeauty.com/pages/privacy-policy.

For UK entrants, personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
