We want you to love every purchase. Shopping with Jones Road Beauty comes with the peace of mind that we're here if something isn't quite right. Whether you need a different shade, a different product, or a refund — we're here to help.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

You have 30 days from delivery
to return your items.

You have 45 days from delivery
to exchange your items.

Select kits, sets, and limited-edition products are final sale and may be excluded from returns or exchanges. Apparel is final sale. Additional eligibility details can be found on individual product pages or on our Shipping + Returns Page.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and returns or exchanges may be limited in cases of program abuse, misuse, or bulk purchases. Restocking fees may apply.

Steps to Return or Exchange:

    Visit the Returns Portal:

    To process a return or exchange within the eligible time frame, visit the Jones Road Beauty Returns and Exchanges Portal and enter your order number and associated shipping zip code.

    Select Your Option:

    Pick whether it’s a return or exchange, answer a few easy questions, and your shipping label is ready.

    Pack & Ship:

    If prompted to return your items, pack them in a box and attach the shipping label. Hand it over to your carrier, and we'll take care of the rest.

How do gift returns or exchanges work?

To process a return or exchange for a product received as a gift, please visit our Returns and Exchanges Portal and enter the order number and associated shipping zip code. For non-final sale items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and exchanges are accepted within 45 days of delivery. For EU orders over €140, a €6.95 (or local currency equivalent) restocking fee applies per return and will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?

We're dedicated to processing your requests as quickly as possible. You'll receive an email confirmation once the exchange or refund has been initiated, generally within 24 hours or less.

What should I do if I bought the wrong shade?

Our makeup artist team is happy to help you find your perfect match. We offer one exchange per item to help you find the right shade or product. Reach out to our Customer Support team through the support widget or at hi@jonesroadbeauty.com within your 45-day exchange window for a free consultation. Please note: Items purchased as part of a Set can be exchanged individually for a different shade of the same item. Our Kits are pre-assembled and must be returned or exchanged in full — we are unable to process returns or exchanges for individual items or shades within a Kit.
