For Canadian, UK, and EU orders: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To request a return, go to: https://returns.jonesroadbeauty.com. Kindly note that we will process your request as soon as possible. For EU orders over €140, a €6.95 (or local currency equivalent) restocking fee applies per return and will be deducted from your refund.

 

We accept returns within 30 days and exchanges within 45 days of purchase, with the exception of kits, sets, limited edition products, and apparel, which are final sale. Returns or exchanges may be limited based on program abuse, misuse, or bulk purchases. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept exchanges on international orders.
