The Neutralizer Pencil brightens and color corrects darkness around the eyes, while The Face Pencil evens out skin tone around the eyes and other parts of the face.
Apply The Neutralizer Pencil under your eyes, inner eye corner, and wherever else you are experiencing darkness. Use your finger to blend the product evenly - avoid tugging. Once the darkness is concealed, layer The Face Pencil in your concealer shade directly on top and blend into your natural skin tone for a seamless appearance.
