The Jones Road "Clean" standards are defined in our brand’s black list guidelines for awareness to our consumers, contract manufacturers, and package vendors. The ingredients selected for use in our formulations are considered safe for use in cosmetics and may be a mixture of naturally derived and synthetic raw materials. We comply with domestic and global regulatory requirements for products sold in commerce. Safety testing is conducted on all product lines, and formulas undergo a thorough toxicology assessment for its intended application.
Jones Road actively monitors the domestic and global regulatory landscape where our products are sold to ensure formulas are safe, compliant, high quality and thoughtfully formulated.

Just Enough Tinted Moisturizer, The Mascara, Gel Liner, most of our skin care, and our brushes are vegan. You can see our full vegan assortment here.
Other products in our collection contain beeswax and carmine. While these ingredients aren’t vegan, we find them to be the best options for creating formulas that are both high-performing and safe.
All Jones Road products are cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny Certified.
All Jones Road products are formulated without gluten. They are not manufactured in gluten-free facilities.
Jones Road products are developed and produced in the United States, Canada and Germany.

Jones Road strives to use recyclable packaging as much as possible. Our unit cartons are made from 100% recyclable Forest Stewardship Council®-certified post-consumer fiber. Our product shippers are also recyclable. Some plastic packaging may or may not be recyclable depending on state and local municipality requirements that vary throughout the country. For components that can be easily be rinsed/cleaned, we recommend you place them in your proper recyclable containers. We encourage our consumers to follow their local recycling rules for proper disposal.

Cleaning your makeup brushes regularly is essential for maintaining good hygiene and preventing skin issues. Here's a simple guide on how to clean your makeup brushes:
What you'll need:
- Mild soap or baby shampoo
- Warm water
- Towel or paper towels
- Brush cleaning mat or glove (optional)
Steps:
- Gather Your Brushes: Collect all the brushes you want to clean.
- Rinse the Bristles: Hold the brush under lukewarm water, ensuring that only the bristles get wet. Avoid getting water into the ferrule (the metal part that holds the bristles).
- Soap or Shampoo: Put a small amount of mild soap or baby shampoo in your hand or a shallow dish.
- Lather the Bristles: Gently swirl the brush bristles in the soap, creating a lather. You can also use a brush cleaning mat or glove to help with the process.
- Cleanse Thoroughly: Work the lather through the bristles, paying attention to the base where makeup residue tends to accumulate.
- Rinse Again: Rinse the bristles under running water until the soap is completely washed out. Keep the brush pointing downward to prevent water from entering the ferrule.
- Repeat if Necessary: If the brush is particularly dirty, you may need to repeat the process until the water runs clear.
- Gently Squeeze Out Water: Gently squeeze excess water out of the bristles using your fingers. Be careful not to deform the shape of the brush.
- Reshape the Brushes: Reshape the bristles to their original form. Lay the brushes flat on a towel to dry. This helps prevent water from running into the ferrule.
- Allow to Air Dry: Let the brushes air dry completely before using them again. Avoid using a hairdryer as the heat can damage the bristles.
Other Tips:
- Clean your brushes at least once a week, especially those used for liquid or cream products.
- Use a gentle, antibacterial soap to ensure the brushes are thoroughly cleaned.
Regularly cleaning your makeup brushes not only keeps your tools in good condition, but also ensures that you're applying makeup to a clean canvas, reducing the risk of skin issues.
- We recommend going in with a lighter hand, as it’s much easier to add than to take away.
- Additionally, try applying the balm with your fingers and then continue blending the product into your skin with a brush. This will allow the product to absorb into your fingertips a bit and won’t feel as heavy on the skin.
- Also, tapping it instead of rubbing it across the face could help with the application and the way it sits on the skin as well.
- Finally, please feel free to lightly powder over the top of the balm in the areas you think you may need it.

- Start with un-prepped skin, skip your morning moisturizer. You may notice the WTF absorbs better without anything underneath it. It's also full of skin-loving ingredients so you won't have to compromise on skincare benefits.
- Apply a few small dots and blend with the warmth of your hands. Then, apply a second sheer layer if you'd like additional coverage.
- Use a wide fluffy brush rather than a powder puff for applying powder. This will gently disperse the product without looking cakey. This can help reduce shine without taking away from the moisture of the product.

If you're still not loving it, our Face Pencil could be a good alternative for you. They aren't as dewy looking on the skin and offer a bit more coverage as well.
Orders
You can check your order status on your Account page—the status will be updated as soon as your order is placed and again when your order ships.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from hi@jonesroadbeauty.com with tracking information.
We can't make any changes to your order after it's submitted, but if you would like to cancel it, please email hi@jonesroadbeauty.com and we'll do our best.
Jones Road accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
Jones Road Beauty offers optional Package Protection to safeguard your online purchases against loss, damage, or theft during transit. By adding Package Protection at checkout, your order is guaranteed a faster resolution for any shipping-related issues—allowing us to issue a replacement of your original order at no additional cost to you if it is lost, damaged, or stolen after the carrier’s proof of delivery.
Claim Process:
Filing a claim is easy. If Package Protection has been added to your order and your shipment is affected by the scenarios listed above, we guarantee a complete replacement order to be processed and shipped out promptly, at no additional cost to you.
Please email our dedicated customer support team at hi@jonesroadbeauty.com within 7 days of the carrier’s posted delivery date and we will assist with all Package Protection claims. We'll offer support through every step of the claims process and make sure your no-cost replacement order is complete and arrives smoothly.

Jones Road currently ships throughout the US, Canada, UK (including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, excluding Crown Dependencies), Australia, New Zealand, and EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).
US: Free standard shipping for orders over $45. For orders under $45, shipping is $8.95.
Canada: Free standard shipping for orders over $125 CAD. For orders under $125 CAD, shipping is $13 CAD.
UK: Free standard shipping for orders over £75 GBP. For orders under £75 GBP, shipping is calculated at checkout.
EU: Free standard shipping for orders over €85 EUR. For orders under €85 EUR, shipping is €7 EUR in Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Luxembourg, and Monaco. For orders under €85 EUR, shipping is €9 EUR in Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Slovak Republic.
Bulgaria: Free standard shipping for orders over лв190. For orders under лв190, shipping is лв18.
Czech Republic: Free standard shipping for orders over 2200 Kč. For orders under 2200 Kč, shipping is 200 Kč.
Denmark: Free standard shipping for orders over 600 kr. For orders under 600 kr, shipping is 65 kr.
Hungary: Free standard shipping for orders over Ft35000. For orders under Ft35000, shipping is Ft3500.
Poland: Free standard shipping for orders over 400 zł. For orders under 400 zł, shipping is 45 zł.
Romania: Free standard shipping for orders over 500 lei. For orders under 500 lei, shipping is 45 lei.
Sweden: Free standard shipping for orders over 900 kr. For orders under 900 kr, shipping is 95 kr.
Australia: Free standard shipping for orders over A$150. For orders under A$150, shipping is A$15. Note: Orders including fragrances or other hazmat products are not eligible for free standard shipping.
