We’ll be casting real women with real skin for a worldwide campaign celebrating authentic beauty. Selected candidates will be invited to a photo & video shoot on April 7, 2026 at our studio headquarters in Montclair, NJ.

What is the featured product?
While we can't give away all of our secrets just yet, our newest complexion product is just as innovative as our viral and bestselling Miracle Balm, What The Foundation, and Just Enough Tinted Moisturizers. If selected, we’ll reveal the product during a pre-production call prior to shoot day.
What is the requirement?
We are looking for women ages 30+ who are available for a full-day photo and video shoot. You do not need to be a professional model — as long as you’re comfortable getting your picture taken and talking to the camera, we’ll coach you through the rest. You’ll be required to arrive on set with a clean, natural face (free of enhancements such as fillers or other injectables), and clean, short, neutral nails. We strongly believe in natural beauty and encourage everyone to embrace themselves as they are. By applying, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
What is the selection process for casting?
We are launching a full range of shades and will be casting women to match each shade.In addition to skin tones, we’re looking to represent a diverse range of ages, ethnicities, skin types, and textures. We love showcasing women with unique looks — asymmetrical freckles, gapped teeth, and everything that makes you you. All of these factors will go into selecting the final roster of women. If you aren’t chosen for this shoot, there will be additional opportunities in the future. Please specify in your application if you would like us to save your information for future opportunities.
