Just a Sec is a bouncy, sheer-to-buildable shimmer eyeshadow that can be applied quickly with your finger or a fluffy brush. The Best Eyeshadow is a pressed powder eyeshadow that is best applied with a brush. Sparkle Wash is glass-like liquid eyeshadow with large glitter that dries down for long-lasting wear.
Just a Sec should be applied first, followed by Sparkle Wash to keep the glass like effect of Sparkle Wash. The Best Eyeshadow and Just a Sec can be used interchangeably‚ either can be applied first depending on the desired look.
The shimmer level is consistent across all Just a Sec shades.
Dust your lid with a sheer, neutral toned loose or pressed powder to absorb oil, then apply Just a Sec to the lid.
